Foreigners in Kimono: Appropriation or Appreciation?

Spring is around the corner. Cherry blossoms are starting to bloom. For some, this might be a touchy subject, but I want to express my opinion on this topic. Are foreigners wearing kimono, and yukata, cultural appropriation or appreciation? Short answer – NO.
